CODECA implements prevention and support programs funded by national institutions for low-income families and children due to lack of access in services and resources. Prevention of social exclusion and marginalization of families affects children and young people’s opportunities for social interaction and growth. Thus, facilitating their access to extra-curricular activities and supporting the family effectively through counselling the danger of engaging in delinquent behavior is minimized.
